1. Water Supply : One of Gateway City’s important advantages is its superior and reliable water supply system which includes two reservoirs with a combined storage capacity of over 7.5 million cubic meters, and a world standard water treatment plant. These facilities will continue to be expanded over time to ensure that Gateway City continues to offer among the highest quality and most reliable year-round water supplies in Thailand. Gateway City customers receive an average treated water supply of average treated water supply of 7 cu.m./ rai / day. 2. Power Supply : Gateway City has developed 115 KV high-voltage transmission lines with dual circuit system from the Bangpakong Power Plant and Prachinburi Power Plant and built a power substation at Gateway City with a current load capacity of 150 MVA, which will be further increased to 250 MVA. Customers receive an average electricity supply of 40 KVA per rai. 3. Telephone : Gateway City has developed a state-of-the-art telephone exchange to serve the telecommunications needs of Gateway City’s customers. The facilities include a microwave exchange with an initial capacity 6,000 lines , ISDN Services Data Communication Lease Line by UIH, CAT, TOT, Mobile Phone Analog 800 MHZ & 900 MHZ Digital 1800 MHZ & GSM. 4. Communications : Gateway City is the only industrial estate in Thailand providing a dual telecommunication system of telephone and satellite. Installation of the satellite system, IBS (Intelsat Business Service) by the CAT telecom Public Co., Ltd. make us a pioneer in telecommunication system. The satellite station is capable of transmitting data, voice and video facilities at a speed of 2 MB/second. 5. Wastewater Treatment : The central wastewater treatment plant, covering 60 rai, has a capacity of at least 40,000 cubic meters per day. The extended aeration-activated sludge process is provided to treat wastewater from each factory. 6. Solid Waste Disposal : Garbage trucks collect solid waste daily from each factory to be disposed of by incinerators with a capacity of 40 tons / day / unit. The incinerators keeps the air clean, free of smoke or smell to provide for a clean environment. Any solid waste that cannot be disposed of by the incinerator will be further handled by the 80 rai of the sanitary land fill. 7. 24-hour Operations Center : We give high priority to regular maintenance and attentive services to our customers. Our operations center is always opened to cope with any problem arising at any step. Besides providing administrative services, we provide round-the clock security. 8. Residential : At Gateway City, not only do we offer a complete range of modern public utilities of industry, but we also provide living quarters and other facilities of convenience for all levels of employees such as worker dormitories, service apartments, executive house, park and sports field, etc.
